Event Summary:

primarily, removing invasive plants from park, secondarily, removing any garbage found in process of primary activity

Practical Details:

Please meet us at the entrance to Salal Place. We will likely be working in the southern part of the park (going down hill). Please wear stout footwear. The terrain is uneven. Please wear a hat to protect your head from twigs and brambles. Please bring your own gloves, although, often there are extras available. If you have your own favourite invasive plant removal tools, feel welcome to bring them along. Otherwise, necessary tools and bins can be provided. A long sleeved shirt is strongly recommended. Please bring your own lunch break food and drink. A stool, collapsible chair, or upturned bucket is recommended for sitting on during the lunch break.
