Event Summary:
The Haines Restoration Project is a private ongoing restoration effort in Rural Saanich. For over six years, the Haines family has been working to restore this ecologically significant area. We will focus on preparing a site for a meadow transformation. During the event, activities will include: -Weed raking -Sheet mulching -Plant salvaging
Practical Details:
Participants should dress according to the weather, bring water and pack snacks if they have allergies. Light snacks will be provided. Participants should bring their gloves. Please get in touch with Jennifer at jenniferrodriguez@uvic.ca for further details.
