Practical Details:

Participants are due expected to bring rainy season appropriate clothes such as umbrella, raincoat, rain boots etc. that might be necessary if it rains at the event site. Participants would be duly informed regarding the rendezous point of meeting on the day of the event( Transportation from and to shillong town would be provided by the organisation).
