Planting Native trees
Practical Details:
We will supply all of the equipment required, but you need to bring the following - • Warm clothes and wet weather gear if it looks like rain. • Sturdy footwear - Gumboots are good to keep feet dry. Tramping boots or heavy duty work boots are better to work in. Sneakers, shoes etc are not suitable. • Gloves (again we have some available but volunteers are encouraged to bring their own if they have a favourite pair). • Lunch and something to drink. We have a small gas cooker to heat water for tea and/or coffee etc -- but you will need to be self-contained for food • Finally, make sure to bring a great attitude, boundless enthusiasm and a sense of humour!
