Event Summary:

Join us in restoring the health of the wetlands and forests near Soos Creek. Gary Grant Soos Creek is a natural area that features a graded path that is suitable for leisurely strolls, bicycle, and horse rides. A local favorite, you can find dog walkers, bird watchers, and people out for an easy stroll. Most of the trail is flat with slight hills in the more forested areas.

Practical Details:

What to Bring:
•Gardening gloves/work gloves (we also provide gloves)
•Closed-toe shoes (ex: sturdy sneakers, rain boots, hiking boots. No sandals, heels, or flats)
•Layers of clothing that can get dirty
•Long sleeves and thick leg coverings to protect against thorny plants (shorts or capris are not recommended)
•Rain gear -OR- sunblock and a sun hat (be sure to check the weather)
•Full water bottle
•Snacks
•Masks are optional and welcome.


IMPORTANT: Any minors (people under the age of 18) attending the event without their parent or legal guardian must bring a signed Youth Waiver to the event and give to staff before event in order to participate.
