Event Summary:
We will be removing invasive plant species from Uplands Park in Oak Bay in collaboration with the Friends of Uplands Park society! All ages, abilities, and experience levels welcome! Practical Details:
We will be working rain or shine! Please wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty and bring weather-appropriate clothes (hat, sunglasses, rain jacket, etc as need). We recommend long sleeves/pants to protect from thorns & insects. Tools & gloves will be provided, although you are welcome to bring your own if you have them. COVID-19 Protocols:
Hand sanitizer and masks are available. All tools & dishes are cleaned before activities. This activity is taking place outdoors, where there is room to spread out.
