AWARENESS SESSION AND PLANTATION DRIVE

Practical Details:

On World Environment Day, the school students would participate in an information session delivered by a suitable resource person suggested by EMPRI. Post the session, the students, the resource person and the facilitators from CPP would participate in a plantation drive either in the school or a suitable area identified by the students to plant saplings (of trees native to the region) The resource person will lead the students in taking a pledge to conserve the environment and take care of the saplings they have planted as it grows. The eco-club would take the responsibility of ensuring this. The resource person will also distribute certificates to all the participants.
