Event Summary:
Beirut's RiverLESS Forest was our first Afforestation project where we planted our first Miyawaki Forest in 2019. the forest is full off native, endemic local species, that were carefully selected to increase the native biodiversity and the fact that these species will be much more resilient and self-sufficient after 3 years. on June 4 and 5 we will be hosting the 3 year anniversary to celebrate the fully grown forest we first planted and will be replanting the forest we recently planted in November 2021.
Practical Details:
the event will be held in Sin el Fil. Beirut, Lebanon. volunteers are to wear clothes that will get dirty because we will be having a replanting event. they ae advised to bring with them some snacks, water and a hat.
